1) Do you have any retail stores? Although our retail business is offered exclusively online, Fantaisie Kids Christening gowns are available at Lord & Taylor department stores and better boutiques in the U.S. Please contact us for a full list of retail locations.
2) Where are orders shipped from and how long does shipping take? Our warehouse is located in Orange County, CA. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours upon receipt, depending on availability of items and volume of daily orders. All orders are delivered via Priority Mail USPS and normally take 3-5 business days. We do offer express/overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please notify us immediately if you would like to request this service.
3) My zoom in feature does not work. How do I view enlarged images? Please install the latest Adobe Flash player onto your computer. To enlarge images, click on "larger image" and then use the zoom in button (+).
4) I am having trouble placing an order online. Your system is not accepting my order, or I'll receive multiple order confirmations. Our online shopping system is very case sensitive, similar to other websites. PLEASE be sure to click the terms and conditions box after reading them thoroughly, and DO NOT click anything more than once. If you click the "confirm order" button more than once, you'll receive multiple order confirmations. Please also note that all items are stored in your shopping bag and accrued over time. Before checking out, always double check the style, size, and quantity of items you'd like to order. Fantaisie Kids is not responsible for miscalculations on the customer's behalf.
5) Does the size chart apply towards Christening and/or Special Occasion items? Yes, the size chart is very accurate for all products. If you have specific questions, please give us a call and we'll provide detailed measurements about the styles you're interested in. Every gown is slightly varied, and may fit differently on individuals. We do not encourage customers to purchase multiple styles and returning the unused item, since we do not cover additional shipping costs. It is very important to consult us, before purchasing any Christening or Special Occasion items.
6) I am interested in several styles from your Special Occasions collections. Can I order a custom made gown? Absolutely! As a children's clothing boutique, we pride ourselves in giving customers the opportunity to custom design their own Christening gown, Flower Girl dress, or First Communion gown. We'd be more than happy to work with you on adjusting styles or even creating designs from scratch! Please call us so we can work with you on creating the perfect style. Additional costs apply toward extra fabric, length, and other trims.
7) How far in advance should I order Christening or Special Occasion items? We normally suggest 1 month in advance. All of our Christening gowns are fully stocked and available to purchase as ready-to-wear. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and delivery takes 7-10 business days. Although we not decline last minute orders, we do encourage customers to plan ahead of time. Certain events including Christenings, Weddings, and First Communions are very special and once in a lifetime occasions. We are not held accountable for unsatisfied items, if they are ordered shortly before such occasions. It is solely your responsibility to contact us to find your exact style and ensure prompt delivery.
8) I have limited access to the internet, and would prefer not to share my credit card information online. Could I order through a print catalog? We do not offer any print catalogs. You can either place online or phone orders. Fantaisie Kids is a 128-bit encrypted secure site, which provides the safest online shopping experience for our customers. The security of your personal information is fully protected with our technology, and will never be shared with third parties. We highly encourage customers to place online orders. Once you create an account, your information is stored safely in our database system, and we can easily notify you about future products/promotions or contact you regarding any questions or concerns. With an online account, your shopping experience is facilitated by an expedited checkout process, access to previous orders, and the ability to store multiple items in your shopping cart over an extended period of time.
9) I received my order and I am unsatisfied with the items. What is your return/exchange policy? If you are unsatisfied with any full priced or sale items (excluding clearance), you must complete a Customer Return Authorization Form. Purchases or gifts may be returned within 3 days of delivery date. Returns will NOT be accepted AFTER beyond this point. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless items are proven to be defective. Returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with all tags attached. CLEARANCE items CANNOT be returned, as all sales are final. Full priced items may be returned for a credit card refund, and sale items may be exchanged for online store credit. Please include a copy of your Customer Return Authorization Form. Fantaisie Kids reserves the right to refuse customer returns/exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
