RETURN POLICY: If you are unsatisfied with any full priced or sale items (excluding clearance), you must complete a Fantaisie Kids Customer Return Authorization Form. Returns will NOT be accepted AFTER 5 business days of delivery.Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with all tags attached. CLEARANCE items CANNOT be returned, as all sales are final. Full priced items may be returned for a credit card refund, and sale items may be exchanged for online store credit ONLY. Please include a copy of your Customer Return Authorization Form. SHIPPING POLICY: Currently, we are able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. Orders will be shipped priority mail (3-5 business days) and will have tracking information available. Items on special order may take longer. Overnight shipping may be requested for an additional cost. Orders MUST be placed by 9:00AM Pacific Standard Time for overnight shipping.
